Can't get it right the first time

My wife and I have retirement annuities and investment plans with Liberty Life. I am going to move the investments to another financial service provider.

My wife recently applied for the maternity benefit on her retirement annuity and the call centre agent instructed my wife to send through certain documents required. We took this option as my wife doesnt have a maternity payout at work.

Liberty then debits my wifes acount which was not supposed to happen, as the funds were for our debits, thats the reason we took the maternity benefit. We requested the the monies back..

Then Liberty refunds the debit, well done!

the second month february 2013 you then double debit my account, all my wifes debit orders bounce and you now want proof of pregnancy... we send the the employer records as requested.

Now you want the doctor proof that the baby was born... what next send us the baby. so we can refund you...
Listen liberty we save money with you we don't owe you nothing... this is not a grudge purchase.
Please refund the debit orber as requested for february, We would like to also surrender all our investment plans and take it to a place where they know what the they are doing!
