This month Liberty decided that they will simply debit my RA fund 5 times. 4 times at my old premium, and once at my new premium. I have phoned Liberty yesterday and today and they don't provide me with any answers or solutions. I have to simply wait (up to 48 hours) for someone to investigate and resolve this. This now affects my other debit orders and accounts which will go in arrears. This is unacceptable. I am so disappointed and am reviewing my decision to have my policies with Liberty.
