I would like to thank Nedbank Loans for employing such a pleasant friendly helpful person. When i entered the office he was busy with 2 other clients but he looked up and greeted me with a smile and i thought thats what customer service is about. throughout my entire application he was friendly, warm and very helpful. even after i left he stayed in contact giving me updates on my application. trying to calm me down and reassuring me that it will go well. I would recommend him for an award if i was his employee. Every company needs people like Raushan. Thanks again Raushan and Nedbank.
