Pathetic service from Nedbank

Een trying for 2 months to get an advancement on my home loan that is paid up. wou;ld have assumed that the bank would want the business???

The only friendly and helpful person was Renata who assisted with the application of the funds that was apready available in the account. since then we have been trying to get approval on the advancement.
Received e-mail and sms confirming application, and then an e-mail requesting clearer copies of id documents and salary advise. Copies were habded to Nedban Carnival Mall.

still awaiting a response from NEDBANK.

pathetic response considering in the 20 odd years my bond was with Nedbank, it was paid up and readvanced about 3 times.

please respond ASAP, as i need to make a call if i need to approach another bank that is more friendly, customer orientated and keep up to the service promise.

very disappointed...
