I am capitec customer, recently I found out that some people are deducting an amount of R53, 00 from my account. I contacted a local branch, and we were put through capitec banks call centre, and to my surprise the agent told us that they cant trace the people deducting R53, 00 from my account.
I urgently need help in resolving this because no-matter how small this might sound, somebody is taking my money illegally from my account. PLEASE HELP
