There is a lady at the from desk (enquiries), who has always been very helpful and friendly. I have banked with Nedbank for many years and it is the best when it comes to service. I have heard so many horror stories about other banks and I'm glad I'm with Nedbank! Keep up the good service guys! always a pleasure! Nothing like being greeted with a smile which doesn't happen too often in this country!!
