On the 16th of February 2012, one of Santam's clients Crownasphalt, had a collision with my Iveco. The vehicle is so badly damaged that it is a write off. I have my own courier company. I can not replace that vehicle until it the case is settled.
I have written numerous e-mails to Santam and their client. All that Santam says is that they are waiting for a payment from their client.
My problem is that I loose income due to the fact that this vehicle is standing for almost a year.
Please assist in this matter.
