I have phoned the call center about 20 times in the last week and they are forever experiencing high call volumes? Really? All day long? Should they then not appoint more staff? I did leave messages twice and was never phoned back. I had to phone again!! And on some occasions when i am eventually put through to a consultant - there is just nobody on the other side of the line and i have to start all over.
Please appoint more staff as i do not see why we have to endure such bad service.
