Impossible to get through after a week of trying

For the past week and in particular yesterday 29th April and today 30th April I have been trying to contact Computershare to sell my Old Mutual and Sanlam shares. When I phone 0861 100 940 or 0861 010 0915 or 0861 100 933 I am treated to long and very expensive waits listening to music.

In desperation I eventually phoned 011 373 0056 which was answered almost immediately :) I was then told to phone the contact desk on (you guessed it) 0861 100 933 - back to square one!! I only have access to a cellphone hence the expensive comment.

There is no online or email facility to allow me to sell my shares so I am compelled to go through the only existing route - unresponsive call centres...

I know I am going to be the standard excuse of we are currently experiencing high call volumes but I am afraid that one has been used for the past year.. If you are always experiencing high call volumes and cannot cope then get more operators!!

Very frustrated!!
