I have tried invain to reach Momentum Multiply for the last two and have spent about 30 rand on phone calls.
My wife had a question for them and they Emailed back - sorry we are too busy to attend to you. But they are not too busy to take your money every month.
Even when you phone them they say "were are experiencing extremely high call volumes, press 1 to leave a message". Well my messages have been answered. So perhaps since Momentum is too busy we should take our insurance and mediacal aid to another supplier that is serious about their customers. This applies to their technical help line too.
