On the 4th of February i called the call center to apply for a credit card, everything was great.

Until i had to call the E bucks to find out something when they told me that you need to have a cheque account with F.N.B to get your cash back with the petrol card.

I think F.N.B is a misleading bank the call center lady never explained it to me and that is misleading.
They need to be trained more and more until.

i'M very cross with the level of service.
