I have been insured with Dail direct for the past -3yrs and last weekend i had an accident and i called them on Monday to put a claim and they told me that they want to confirm who was my insure before them because on the system they can see that i have been having insurance for the last past 6 years and they can only find one insure which is First for women from 2009 and if i can't confirm who was my insure they would not processed the claim. What i don't understand is that if they had problem with information why that was not clarified before and why they insured me from the start and i asked them to pull out all the tapes for all the calls, no respond instead now they want my nother contact number and my sister contact number, I FEEL LIKE I HAVE BEEN MISS LEAD AND BECAUSE IF THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY HAVE PROBLEM I WAS GOING TO GET ANOTHER INSURANCE THAT WON"T GIVE ME PROBLEM WHEN ITS TIME FOR THEM TO DELIVER. BAD BAD BAD Service when you claim.
