Hi, I have contacted the FNB call centre and was assured that someone would contact me within 24 to 48 hours to explain why a courier fee and monthly account fee was charged on my account. I have not ordered a card or anything, and when I click on the courier fee amount, it says "Demand Payment". If a letter to "demand payment" was sent to me, then I also want to know why, because my salary and rentals of 3 of my properties is paid into this account, and I'm not over my limit so why demand payment then? If this is the case and FNB demands payment, then I would rather consider to close my FNB account and move over to Nedbank who has already offered me a Private Bank account and they will match all the facilities. I'm not happy with this service I get from FNB.(Reference: Rf1301294828)
