INCOMPETENT STAFF

Hi,

I called Old Mutual in December 2012 & jANUARY 2013 to follow up on my RFA, to my shocking discovery I was notified that my company had not sent Old Mutual the required supporting documentation.

After further investigation, I discovered that supporting documentation was sent ALREADY IN DECEMBER 2013. I was then told that the systems do not interface hence the one department would not have all my details.

I RECEIVED AN SMS TODAY asking me to verify MY BANKING DETAILS, To my shocking discovery had not verified my banking details and are asking me to fax my banking details TO SOME RANDOM FAX NUMBER, in-spite of all the cases we read about in SA.

I have been waiting for my RFA feedback since December and I still haven't received any feedback. The WORST THING IS I HAVE TO CALL EVERYTIME AND RECEIVE SMS'S TELLING ME TO VERIFY DETAILS I SENT AGAIN!
