Settlement of Personal Loan Account not forwarded

I paid my Personal Account with Nedbank in Full Last year October and they did not submit it forward to the credit bureau! When I applied for a new credit card with another institution this week it was declined because Nedbank never forwarded a letter stating that my account was settled in full and so I was declinded the credit card.Please forward a letter to myself and the credit bureay because I was told that they would clear my name at the bureau
