Account not settled as per contract

I took out a loan agreement with Nedbank whereby your institution "settled" my Sanlam personal loan on 3rd May 2013. The balance of which was then transferred into my account on the 4th May 2013. I have now received an SMS stating my Sanlam debit order of almost R1000.00 was debited off my account. When I spoke to Sanlam, they informed me that my account was not settled. I contacted your contact centre and I've been given the run around twice, by either not having my questions answered satisfactorily or being put on hold for a substantial period of time.

I am certain that the person/s responsible for tending to this query have passed the relevant RE FAIS examinations and can understand my obvious frustration in this matter as I am now out of pocket for almost R1000.00 and there will probably be some wrangling between Nedbank and Sanlam as to who needs to reimburse me for this.

Please assist at the soonest as the last thing I would like to do is lay a formal complaint with your compliance officer or the FSB.
