Failed promises

The incident took place yesterday. One of the consultants from fnb phoned me yesterday regarding the purchase of an iPhone5, 16 gig black phone. I spent half an hour on the phone with her with the application process. After The process she informed me that since I have a very good credit record I have been awarded this phone that I required. The phone was ordered despite me loosing business time I stayed on the phone to complete the ordering process. During that process she had all my details on the computer and she just wanted me to confirm my details with her. She should picked out that I have previously ordered an apple iPad with them. But she didn't say anything but completed the process and said that I will receive my phone in 10 days.
I was excited that I was getting my phone. To my surprise I get a call back stating that they can't give the phone.
My problem is that I lost business in that time I was on the phone with them . fnb claims that they award loyal customers and that they are the best bank and they fulfill all their promises but they are liars because I have promised one and they declined it, I want my phone they promised. I'm paying for it anyway.
