PPOR SERVICE-CARD PAID UP AWAITING PAID UP LETTER

I paid up my credit card on the 29th Janaury 2013. I then called in on the 30th to arrange for the card to be closed. I was given a reference number 61371620. I then got a call a week later saying that the credit card will be closed and i also requested a paid up letter and was given another reference 301224. it is now the 2nd week and I am still awaiting the paid up letter. I called in again this morning and I was put through to 4 different people and no-one has assisted me as yet.
