On the 24th of July at 14:36 I spoke to a lady by the name of Kedibone Ramalapa requesting a letter confirming that my credit card has been closed. She then told me that I have never had a credit card with Nedbank, which is unbelievable. How can she can not see that I had a credit card. This is pure incompetence as I have just paid off the credit card three weeks ago.
May I please have that letter as soon as possible.
