COMPLAINT Continues...
Thank you Standard Bank for your automated response, bu still no feedback and reversal of my money to date. Just a lousy automated email from a Ameera Khan asking for my ID or account number, and after responding with my account number, once again NO FEEDBACK!!! How long does it take to understand that I was incorrectly charged:
1. R76-was told I would not be charged because I paid R106.
2.R10x2-advertising on all your phamplets and website says R85 for Special Clearence but I was charged R95, twice.
3.R20-Deducted for no apparent reason, I did not request details for the debits, I logged a complaint so why am I being charged.
Total=R116.
Seems petty to worry about but its the PRINCIPAL that matters. Values, Ethics, Principals is what keeps us human and Standard Bank, you are losing this slowly but surely.
