On the 16th of December 2013 I went in to Clicks Maponya to buy medication for my mothers prescription from Baragwanath hospital. The gentleman asked me for my clicks card and while he was typing away I told him that I was paying cash for all the medication. He said a reversal woud be done for the R86 charged for the dolorol. He went on and finished up the transaction and I paid cash R144-89 for the medication. I was shocked when Discovery sent me my statement and I went to clicks and was told those pharmacists are on leave and there is nothing they can do about it, I have to wait for their return. To date I have not had a reversal done for the R86. I am disappointed with this service and want my money back
