Charging for services not rendered!

I requested FNB to do a reversal, they informed me that they process would cost me R220 and that agreed under the impression that they would be able to perform the reversal. after i had to run after them to find out whether they were able to do the reversal, they told me that they could not. However they deducted the R220, all in all they charged me R220 for a service that they could not deliver. I suppose they have to take money that is undue to them in order to throw their employees massive parties. As a matter of principle this amount was undue to FNB, regardless of whether i signed a contract or not.
