I have logged a vehicle-related claim in November 2012 and was told that the earliest slot that the panelbeater had was January 2013. After countless communication with MiWay to get this sorted, the panelbeater called me to say the earliest slot would be in March 2013. This is totally totally unacceptable, I have been driving around in a damaged car since November last year and MiWays seems not to care. I also found that the panelbeater did not include some of the work that needs to be included in the quotation as well. I am disgusted by this service.
