Bad service and followup communication

On 5november i logged a claim to have my bumper fixed. I provided all my details and fotos and supporting assessment info from the panelbeater which they assigned me to. On 7th november my claim was approved and i was told that i would need to pay R750deposit for the rental car which i agreed to.By 21 november i had still not heard any feedback from their chosen panelbeater or from the consultant. On 27 th november almost a month later i was told i could bring my car in to be fixed. Howver i needed to let discovery know that i would need the rental car. I tried for 3 days to get in touch with my claims consultant but no reply. I agreed to bring my car in 03 december with or without rental car. When i called the helpcenter to request a rental car one more time, they told me i now needed to r1200 for the rental and not 750!!! Three calls later and i still havent received the confirmation call that a car will be available tomorrow morning.

No follow ups, no confirmation calls, no communication and just plain simple no interest in what happens!!!
After calling and spending numereous hrs on the line, i now also dont have any airtime!!...Cant wait to change insurance providers!!
