We were involved in an accident in April 2013. I reported the incident to Miway on the 17/04/2013. They asked me to send through photos of the damage and a sketch and description of the occurance. These were submitted to them on the 18/04/2013 and was told that the panelbeater would contact me regarding a booking.
I did not receive any calls from the panelbeater or the insurance company. On the 23/04/2013, I sent an email a JP Van Der Berg, advising him that I did not receive a call yet from their panelbeater, Durban Central Panelbeaters. He provided me with the contact details. I called them and had to leave a message for someone to call me back but nobody called. on the 17/05/2013, I sent another email to JP van der Berg, advising that no contact received from panelbeater. I received a call from the panelbeater on the 3/06/2013 to book my car in for the 10/06/2013, 2 months later. The panelbeater advised that they would take two weeks to repair the car but they took almost two months. I only had car hire for a month. the paintwork was good but the workmanship was pathetic. Three months down the line, my car has to go back for them to rectify their work and don't have a car for me
