I had a vehicle insured by Virgin and unfortunately the vehicle was written off last year and insurance paid out I then got myself another vehicle and when I went to do registrations and change of ownership I couldn't complete the process as the traffic dept says that the vehicle is still showing under my name and Virgin ins has not deregistered the vehicle. I cannot even use my new vehicle and it is essential for my employment.., I called Wesbank to verify and they confirmed that the document was sent to Virgin instwice... can someone please get this cleared ASAP as I need to renew the license for the new vehicle, this is putting a strain on my employment and might result in me losing my employment, please treat this as a matter of urgency
