Second time bad service, experience FNB

Second time Fnb has honestly disappointed me to the extend of wanting to go to the ombudsman! I am disgusted, my card was cloned in January 2013 i have lost over R3000 i have not received any feedback nor any answers my account was basically swiped clean, second time?
