FNB promised feedback on 13 Dec... still waiting

FNB Premier Banking has promised to "keep me updated" on 13 December 2013. FNB has not! FNB has also not responded to to my emails of 20 December 2013 and 27 December 2013. The / cloned "Cheque account" has still not been removed from my "internal" profile and appears as a bad debt that was written off rather than a cloned cheque account. Police CAS-2002/01/2338 (again reported to you in May 2013 along with cloned credit cards and wesbank account) Hellopeter Ref. 383925 - FNB REF:20131206_142604245. Yes, FNB claims the cloned wesbank and cloned credit card matters are resolved, however, my profile still reflects the cloned cheque account of 2001/2002.
Who is in charge of the Cheque component? The reference below is my correct FNB and current cheque account number.
