New card not received

My petrol card has expired on the 31/03/2013 and I still have'nt received the new card yet, I have been to FNB 4 times and called them twice. They were unprofessional in their answers. The 2nd time I was there they called the card division and they handed the phone to me and told me to rather speak to them. It is already the 15/04/2013 and have not received anything. Very disappointed in the service.
