We made a lone at Capitec Bank. They confirm my salary date to deduct the lone amount on n monthly basis. The deduction is suppose to go off on my bank account on the first of each month. They even phone my employer to confirm this. They do the deduction on the 25 and not on the first as they suppose to do. After seeing the branch at Wonderpark mall and supply them with bank statements and payslips again to proof to them that my salary is only paid in at the last working day and phone calls they keep on deducting it on the 25.
I think this is very unprofessional in which way they (Capitec) handle this matter and I recommend that you do not do business with these people. The loan account is paid up to date why cant they deduct the money on the client request
