May somebody clarify this for me i was under the impression that when i do any transaction using my chip card i have to enter my pin number but i was suprised on two occasions that the card was swiped instead of being inserted and some digits are entered on the speedpoint machine and the transaction went through. FNB PLEASE CLARIFY THIS FOR ME AS TO HOW POSSIBLE THIS HAPPENED ON TWO OCCASIONS.
