First National Bank
ATM

I last utilised my card at an ATM on 20 Dec at at 11:45 in Mountain View. Whilst waiting in line to withdraw cash from the ATM machine, a black gentlemen was making use of the ATM, he turned around and advised me that the slot where you enter your card is struggling but the ATM accepted his card after the second attempt, I know that the ATM there does have an issue when you enter your card, it has been like this since I started using that ATM. At this point he then turned around again and told me that the machine is now working and that I must punch in my cell number after withdrawing and walked away. Everything happened so fast, and he got me all worked up and so confused. He made it look like he was really trying to help me. When I got to the ATM, As I was entering my pin another man approached, which I only noticed after doing the transaction and informed me to put in my cell number, I then pressed cancelled on the machine but nothing happened seems like my card got stuck in the ATM. Only after this whole ordeal occurred did it dawn on me what really happened. E-mailed complete complaint to info@fnb.
