Wouldn't put me through to a superviso

I called the business banking call centre to query the status of a new account that I am opening. I got the most appalling service I have EVER received. The person I spoke to was not particularly helpful. I demanded to speak to a supervisor. I had not asked for the persons name, so they saw the gap and just transferred me to a different department. The person at the other department did exactly the same thing!!! By this time I was fuming. The next person I spoke to said that there was not a single supervisor or manager available. If this is how new customers are treated, then perhaps they have done me a favour. I still have time to cancel...
