I logged a complaint with AF 5 days ago (04/02/2013), I received an SMS that someone would get back to me shortly and I'm still waiting, I have an issue with the repairs done to my car, I made this fact known to the lady that deals with my policy, via 2 or 3 emails and no reply.
I have and issue and you guys don't care, but instead you are very quick to increase my premiums!
I cant believe that poor service received from you guys.
