Hi, Please can somebody take responsibility and help me with my query that i have had since November of last year.
I have got a smart device and have done a balance switch of R 20 000.00 and to date have not received the discount on my smart device to which i was told that i will receive.
I am now being passed on from department to department and nobody seems to be of any help, if this is the levels of service FNB offers then i really need to consider moving to another bank which will offer me better service levels.
