Applying for new credit card'

I had a fnb credit card and is settled.when I re-apply 14 tmes I am treated rude and made fun of because of my hearing impairments.i am a colonel in the sa police and treated with no respect and the phone is dropped on me.i also am trying to move my R50000 bond to fnb from absa.i received also a sms informing me that I qualify for a second devise-Samsung s4 and twice afterwards was informed that now I get it.i would like the credit card and cell Samsung s4 to be approved to me or I will be forced to let lipco.my lwyersbring a urgentcourt application.i feel that fnb discriminate against against me because of my hearing empairment.i hope the situation can be resolved speedily and proper feedback given to me urgently.kind regards
