Smart device discounts

I took the Smart Device offer from FNB in July 2013.

I was assured by an agent from FNB Card that I will be able to receive R100 discount on the installments because I have a Credit card and use their Balance Transfer facility.

When I received my first statement, I only received R50 discount. The Smart device department indicated that they had no knowledge of any discounts, and the FNB Credit card department does not respond to my queries...

Please tell me why I am not receiving the full discount amount as promised by your agents!
