FNB just took away my access to my bank account

I run my own business and am the only owner. I also have an Discovery credit card. Until today the accounts have always been linked on my online profile. I urgently needed to transfer money into my credit card so went online to do it to find I no longer have access to my business account.

How can this be? Now apparently nothing can be done without me having to go to a branch which is over one hour away from where I live!

The worst part is no one informed me this was going to happen. Im stuggling to see why I should keep my account open.
