Money have been debited from my account without my authorization, tried calling Fonesure last year to cancel the insurance they told me it has been cancelled but the debit order is still going off on my account every month. This morning I phone 086-010-9529 and spoke to Nonjaplo Dlamini trying to cancel this but she was very rude and refused to e-mail me the conformation that the insurance was cancelled. I want this debit order cancelled and all money which was deducted refunded back to me up to date ref on my bank statement is FONESURE MD-65304-1, can you please e-mail me proof that this debit order was cancelled and when can I expect the money that was deducted from my account illegally.
