Last night my geyser burst. The ABSA 24 hour line was answered promptly by Stanley at about 18h00. At 20h00 I was contacted asking if I was OK and if I had managed to turn the geyser off. At 08h00 today I received a call from ABSA to advise plumber arrangements. Plumber, Plumbing Mecca Boksburg arrived promptly at 12h00. My geyser is fixed.
