Absa insurance - bad service

Geyser burst on 27 May 2013. Called absa insurance on 28 May 2013 at 8:00. After holding on for ages they promised to send out a plumber to replace the geyser same day. Its two days now... we still got no geyser and now they dont answer their phones. We going to change insurance companies for sure
