So I had a problem with my geyser. We usually switch the geyser off then put it on for about an hour but last night when ever I put the geyser on the electricity would switch off. So obviously there's a problem with the geyser. I call the drain surgoen and tell them I have a problem with my geyser. They send an electrician in the drain surgoen car, me thinking its the plumber. He checks things out then tells me its the geyser thinks I need to have the element replaced. He then charges me R735 and says I need to call the plumber to come in. I call back to the same number asking for the PLUMBER to come, they say they gonna charge a callout fee AGAIN! What a, the same company so everyone has to get a piece of the pie? Could the plumber not come out in the first place when I asked for the PLUMBER?? needless to say im trying somewhere else
