Burst geyser claim now over 2 weeks unresolved

On the night of 16May my Solar geyser burst. I reported it first thing on Friday 17may to Absa. The Plumber from Big 6 arrived at approx. 16h00 to tell me he does not work weekends and will only attend to it late the next week. after numerous calls another plumber agreed to look at it on Saterday 18May. He also did not have spares.
On Monday 20May after nearly 18 Calls I was told they will no longer fix the geyser, I must do it and they will refund me. They are only willing to Pay me a fraction of the cost of the geyser - Thus I will be out of pocket to the tune of nearly R20000.00 for replacing the system with the same size solar sytem. Ever since Monday 27May I can not get hold of someone to confirm the amount due to me. No one seem to take responsibility nor to ever call me back. I have left numerous mesages for Elsabe Jacobs to call me. Inos Machlango who seem to be handling the claim in only interested in settling at the low premium. Less than what a geyser alone cost - excl fitting and the solar panel also damaged.
