Illed three times for one transaction

Prior to my departure to Auckland on the 9th November I called the card division to adivse them of my departure and return dates. The operator informed me that should I draw cash on my card there would be a charge of R45.00 per transaction. He also told me that my limit would be R5000-00 per day. at an ATM. Should I require any more I could go into the bank and withdraw from the teller. I have a credit limit of R90000-00 on my account given to me by the bank presumably because I am an excellent client and pay my account in full every month. As it happened on this trip I did need cash and went into the bank and withdrew $1000-00 (R7500-00) On my return I was surprised to find that I had been charged R104.36 for this transaction not R45-00 as informed prior to my departure. Then to add insult to injury I was also charged a finance charge of R108.93.(On enquiry I was informed by the call centre that this was interest on the money I had withdrawn bearing in mind that as soon as I got back I once again settled my account in full prior to the due date At the call centre no one has the authority to reverse the charge or willing to give me the phone no of any higher authority.
