Non delivery of advertised products and prices

I am utterly disgusted - I opened a Value Bundle cheque account on 10/01/2013. ABSA promotes a flat fee of R79.00 per month, with no other costs. After inspecting my statement, I see that ABSA charges me R 419.50 fee on 01/02/2013 and R 23.00 io 01/02/2013.

I phoned the call centre - what a waste - nobody was able to assist me - I needed to go to the branch where I opened the account. Only waited about 20 min, and Lee Burds assisted me. Apologised and said they will reverse the costs.

After returning to the office, I noticed on the statement that ABSA charged me again with an amount of R137.00 and R23.00 on 05/02/2013. Once again, I returned to the Woodlands branch - This time I had to wait in excess of an hour to see a consultant (Lee again). Once again apologised and I demanded that they reverse the fees immediately - which was done.

Now once again I draw a statement and more costs was added to my account of R 386.60 on 31/01/2013.

Do I need to go bank again and again and again? This is totally unacceptable and is costing me time and money - Who is going to refund me my time - I bill customers per hour?

I need this sorted out with someone who is competent to do the Jo
