It amazed me how the one day I could view my share portfolio on online banking and the next week it had vanished.
So I notified FNB and after a week of investigating, I am told that it will take another 2 weeks to restore my profile.
This is simply ridiculous and unacceptable. I've told them it is unacceptable on Monday and it is now 3 days later
With no word from them... Perhaps their motto "How can we help You" should be taken a little more seriously,
or changed to "How Can We Not Help You"
