Ear Sir Madam
This letter serves to highlight some DISCREPENCY with regards to the lease agreement I entered with you. The issue here is the one of parking and let me clearly state THERE IS NO WAY I CAN RESIDE AT YOUR PROPERTY WITHOUT SAFE & CONVENIENT PARKING FOR MY VEHICLE.Before entering into agreement I categorically advised your "sales lady "how important parking would be for me to enter into agreement with you. With all respect due I would like to reserve my right to cancel our agreement if this DICEPTION is not addressed immediately. l emphasized my need parking to the sales lady she even took me to the parking.why then pay as well for the parking that does not exist???
There were so many of us complaining about parking honestly l will not take this kind of deception likely. Not an apology just to be told l will b sqwizzed somewere its not convenient.
The level of incompetency in this business is so high l have been lied to ever since l came to view this building. I was supposed to move in on Sunday.l tried to get my lease agreement on friday but it was a different story after story. Guess thus the strategy you use to lie to people so that they dont get to read their lease agreement.l sent an email to understand things in my lease there was no response.
lts 12.51am l still cant sleep l am so frustrated with the level of deception. If you dnt give me the parking l signed up for and the parking that l was shown please refund me all the money l paid including the expenses l incurred to move to this place.
l moved to this property at 31/07/2017 around 4.30pm.
l was told that the sales people lied to us just to get a sale really guys is it fair for them to push their sales at our expense???
Only when we were complaining l was told about car park lease guys you planned your game so well but l will not take being made a fool likely.l have proof that l paid for parking also that l stated to the agent that l need parking and she showed me the parking.
Guess l was fooled by the property which looks nice and the adverts... l should have checked your reviews on Hello Peter l dnt think l should have choose you.

The sales agents are contracted to represent Mafadi so I won't accept. Your excuse that it's sales people at the end of the day it's you who contacts the sales people so it's your responsibility.
l have noticed you guys dont respond to emails but public platforms if l dnt get a response l will use one of those.

THE ABOVE EMAIL I WROTE IT ON 01/08/2017 THAT IS 7 DAYS AGO UP TO NOW NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN THEY TOOK OUR MONEY YET THE SERVICE IS NOT AS PER AGREEMENT TO DATE I STLL PARK LIKE A NON PAYING TENANT.
