I have a real people cellular account that i took out about a year ago. Now it was explained to me that the cellphone is not insured. upon loosing my cellphone a couple of months ago i reported it to the Real people cellular dept as there is a person using the number issued to me and with that receiving all the benefits that i am paying for. it was useless reporting it to the police since I cannot confirm where i lost the phone as i was traveling home upon loosing it and came to the conclusion that my phone was pick pocketed. Now all my contacts and everybody that is trying to reach me is coming through to this person who i assume has taken my phone. Real people has not been of any assistance in cutting my number they allocated yet I am still paying the bill!!! This is ridiculous!! I would never advise anyone to take a contract cellphone from them!!
