POOR SERVICE

I Have given my black berry 9790 - to MTN Southgate for assessment warranty as the cell phone is under 6 months old, when I handed the phone manager accessed the phone the phone was in excellent condition no scratches or cracks, after a week I received a call from the South gate branch to state that the phone had been rejected from the MTN repair centre has there is a scratch and crack on the button which wasn't there and I have documents to state that by the manager, I called the repair centre and liaised with 10 different people and a supervisor who was so incompetent, also manager declined the phone as well and said that the marks where there, they refuse to give me a new phone or replacement or refund and the is overheating and is very dangerous and my safety is very important, he said the phone can be fixed, this is so ridiculous I have to have a phone repaired and also have a damaged phone which I didn't damage, I called customer service and they refuse to give me the no for the area manager, the lady was so rude she kept cutting the call
I had enough with MTN and they poor service, if an area manager doesn't contact me asap, I will have to take it further with legal action
