I bought 2 R50 prepaid air time at OK in Lainsburg. At Richmond i paid another R50 air time to get R150 for the data bundle 2gig 1 gig promo. I loaded 2 of the R50 air time could not load the last one due to your feed back its invalid. I phoned and explained my problem. The girl said OK she is going to lift my blacklist something and i must do it again. I tried over and over no go. Phoned in again and then the explanation was that your system can only work on a 18 digit serial number.my vouchers had only 16 digits.47 minutes on the phone excluding the time phoning twice and trying loading the air time. I bought Cel C airtime to mail you en because Mr Hope telling me my voucher is wrong and invalid i must pay R200 for 1 gig (were i bought R300- loaded only R250- airtime to pay R266 for 3 gig) and then take a pic to mail you guys to explain my problem.

Selling invalid air time, but some does go through How do you explain this???

After investigation i saw in the 8 ta ipad guide page 6 they mention 16 digit that is valid. Why does customer service not know about it.

You wasted my time. Refund me my Sim card and air time. I don't think i will use your data service again
